What are the types of material used in production?
We mainly work with brass, but also steel, iron, aluminium, bronze and special alloys.
What are the diameters turned?
We turn all diameters including Ø 2 and Ø 34.
What types of lathes are used?
We use CNC sliding headstock lathes and automatic multi-spindle machines.
What quality checks are carried out?
We always carry out an in-line statistical check; furthermore, on request we perform a final check AQL/1 or AQL/0.65 or 50 ppm at 100%.
Do you provide consultancy during the design stage?
If requested, we are able to provide feasibility studies and consultancy during the design stage.
Are you able to make dedicated investments to satisfy your customers?
Customer service is a priority: we develop software and design machinery for the purpose of providing the best service possible.
How do you make deliveries?
We use our own vehicles or reliable carriers, depending on the type of delivery.
How many tons per year do you turn?
8,000 tons.
